Andrzej makes up one ventricle of Marblar’s heart. As a recovering chemical engineer he understands science and the culture of the lab. He also appreciates that when it comes to moving science forward, a thousand minds are beter than one.
Another original Marblar, Tom totally embodies the Marblar ethos of welcoming diverse opinions and multiple voices. He knows how to lead a massive team of researchers towards a goal, and quite possibly led the first large-scale R&D program in history. Marblar’s entering uncharted territory, but he’s basically already lit the way.
When Hagan’s not out creating a disruptive company (such as Oxford Nanopore) or leading a high-octane research group in the go-go halls of Oxford’s chemistry department - he can be found mentoring the Marblar men.
