Sir Isaac Newton
Original Marblar

Ike’s been inventing since his pre-teen years. This Cantab has been with us since like Day 0 – not much more to say here, as its pretty obvious: he keeps us grounded.
Sir Greg Winter
Master of Trinity College, Cambridge

What more can be said about Sir Greg? As Her Majesty’s premier bio-entrepreneur, he’s maybe 4 standard deviations from the mean. He’s currently crashing on Ike’s couch.
Graham Richards
Professor, entrepreneur, elder statesman

As the former head of Chemistry at the University of Oxford, Graham is another one of Marblar’s wise-men, who bestows his decades of wisdom on the greenhorn team. He also teaches the Marblar boys basic dining etiquette.
Alan Aubrey
Investor

Alan is the CEO of IP Group plc - a venture capital firm that exclusively invests in early-stage intellectual property. IP Group passes on a lot of investmets in early-stage IP as its often difficult to see the market opportunity such early stage research. They invested in Marblar as they saw immediate potential in finding investable opportunities via the platform.
Rudolf Diesel
Original Marblar

As an original Marblar our man Rudy instills in us a fearlessness that allows not only the Marblar team but creatives everywhere to think different and keep seeking those novel solutions no one else realizes, or appreciates. His advice helps us chug along this difficult (but awesome) path.
Johannes Gutenberg
Original Marblar

Joe’s been around for a while now – and provided that initial spark of inspiration for Marblar. He took a wine-press  and put it together with the coin-punch to create a device that makes the Daily Mail possible.

Alison Fielding
Sugar Momma

Alison is the COO of IP Group- a London venture capital firm that exclusively invests in early-stage intellectual property. IP Group passes on a lot of investmets in early-stage IP as its often difficult to see the market opportunity such early stage research. They invested in Marblar as they saw immediate potential in finding investable opportunities via the platform.

Alison helps us quickly drill down to the most important aspects of Marblar and focus on the critically pressing issues. She wishes Dan would stop dressing like a 14 year old.
Andrzej Moyseowicz
Strategy & Innovation Director at Saatchi & Saatchi

Andrzej makes up one ventricle of Marblar’s heart. As a recovering chemical engineer he understands science and the culture of the lab. He also appreciates that when it comes to moving science forward, a thousand minds are beter than one.
Thomas Edison
Original Marblar

Another original Marblar, Tom totally embodies the Marblar ethos of welcoming diverse opinions and multiple voices. He knows how to lead a massive team of researchers towards a goal, and quite possibly led the first large-scale R&D program in history. Marblar’s entering uncharted territory, but he’s basically already lit the way.
Hagan Bayley
Professor of Chemical Biology, FRSC, FRS

When Hagan’s not out creating a disruptive company (such as Oxford Nanopore) or leading a high-octane research group in the go-go halls of Oxford’s chemistry department - he can be found mentoring the Marblar men. Hagan’s also one of those rare Brits who’s spent enough time Stateside to have the New York Times as his homepage.
